I am having issues accessing my internet on my sony Z and nobody from auto page knows whats going on. I've spoken to three consultants today alone and the phone is still not working. Technical transeared me to help desk and still my issue has not been resolved, ths morning I was told i have o data but my mtn balance clearly saya i have data i alos just received a message notifying me of 500MB of data and still my phone is not working. I am extreamly fraustrated with the service and the consultants keep giving me outdated infomation about my account which they should have access to.
