About a week ago I moved from Vodacom to MTN to have a better package I Moved the 01 July 2013 it has been a week so far and the phone still does not work. MTN called as the next day 02 July and told us that the women at MTN butted as on the wrong package and after that it has been just a struggle for us we called every day went to the shop then they just tell us the phone will work after 24hours and it has not happened and then suddenly the phone work but told us it has to be Rica. I am just fed up with MTN.As today the 08 July 2013 the phone still does not work. VERYBAD SERVICE!!!
