NUmber to be ported deleted completely!!

After months of promises & difficulties at various stores decided to use Cell C direct.
Asked for iPhone 4S on straightup 200 and to port number. Mpho was helpful despite problems with system. Few days later she called to say would be rejected as I did not own number. I explained I had authorisation from dad twice already. After discussion with line manager, she asked me to send authorisation letter and ID through. I did this. Following week I phoned to check and was told it had been ported and within 5 days I should receive phone.
2 July receive phone.
3 July [spoke to Buhle] called to try activate. 24 hrs.
4July [spoke to Wade] technical problem caused a delay. Another 24hrs. Was assured I can use prepaid till activated on new sim. no need to switch off new phone to activate.
5 July different number on contract and prepaid. called. Spoke to Shumani says cannot help as number not on system. put through to customer service. Mohlake says only way is to investigate. another 24hrs! now given ref no 3070502068.
I am also confused as to receipt of sms saying will be debited R193.54. This does not related to any cost even if pro rata.
Not at all happy with service or lack thereof!
