I bought a brand new blackberry q10 and its hardly four days but freezing like heel..making call and sending sms i alway get an error saying its a general error..internet is forever not working and once in a blue moon it works.im of with this phone and need a a new one or else im taking my business somewere..vodacom and cellc will be happy to have me on board.im paying for that phone and if im not happy im NOT HAPPY..MTN im giiving you less that 24hours to get back to me or alse im visiting the bank for stop order and giving your phone back... 073 681
