Cell phone was handed in to the Cell C store for repairs. On collection of the repaired phone the shop refused to hand the phone over until a direct deposit for the cost of repair was paid into their Nedbank account and the deposit slip brought to them. This was done immediately and the phone was released.
The full cost of the repair was then added to the end of month bill for the contract and removed from the bank account linked to the Cell C account.
When the staff at Cell C store Hout Bay tried to contact the supervisor at their repair center he refused to take or return any calls, excuses being "He has just stepped out of the office, " "He is on another call" eventually I was told he will call me within the next 10 mins on my personal cell no. Needless to say it is now 5 days later and no attempt has been made to contact me at all.
I was also informed by the staff in Hout Bay that the money would be returned to the bank account within 48 hrs. This still has not happened 5 days later.
