And Gross Incompetence

My phone was sent to cell c repair center by cell c in Hout Bay. On collection of the repaired phone I was informed that the phone could not be handed over until the repair was paid for. I immediately went to Nedbank in the same shopping complex and paid the R 708.75 into their account, gave the shop the deposit slip and got the repaired phone back.
At the end of June 2013 the same amount of R 708.75 was debited from the bank account linked to the contract.
On the second of July I was promised that the funds would be returned within 48 hours, it is now one month later and needless to say not a single cent has been payed by them.
Five days ago I received a phone call from their call center to inform me that the money has been returned, It was however a blatant as no transfer has appeared in the account.
I have spent a month fighting with cell c only to be to and treated like an.
Unfortunately this contract still has a while to go before the 24 month period is up, but rest assured the day the contract expires I will return to the reputable network I left for the promise of cheaper call rates and competent service.
