NO FEEDBACK

I received an sms from a gentleman named Joseph stating that I have to pay the account as it is now in arears, I then sent him an email stating that I've requested a settlement amount, he the apologized and said that he will get back to me with feedback this was done on the 27/06/2013, I then decided to call him back for a follow up but all he said that their retension department doesn't have direct numbers all I must do is to go via the call centre advised him that I've done that before he then said that he cannot assist but I should just wait for their cancellation department to call me back I'm still waiting for the settlement amount can anybody assist me with my query since i'm getting bad service from people who claims to be professionals. VERY DISAPPOINT NXX
