My Samsung 4 never worked properly from the day I received it. I took it back a month ago and have still not received a satisfactory response. I am without my office emails etc. as I am using an old phone. My MTN Business Consultant Debbie Victor was on leave at the time and the other "consultant" Lisa Thompson was unhelpful and downright unprofessional. Does it take this long for MTN to satisfy their clients? This is unacceptable.
