Never ending failing service

After making a complaint on telkoms webpage on facebook i was asked a contact number for them to contact me.that was yesterday.still no call.i am not the account holder so i provided my wifes number as she cannot call during the day.she was certain business call center hours is till 6.she called today at 5:47 and no answer.such a big company but cant offer service like other cell phone companies. PATHETIC... on 04/06/2013 12:54 pm wife got sms saying we are in arrears with account.when wife called and asked about the arrears she was told wrong message was sent and account is up to date.she was told we are actually in advance with about R300.Now we receiving smses saying we are in arrears and service will be cut. AND re-connection fees will be added.probably to make up for the millions lost as i read in the papers. This company should not exist in my opinion, i even had technicians out here and telkom on the line once to sort out a pathetic internet problem. Switched to MWEB and TA DAAA problem gone. If you were to visit their facebook page i PROMISE you, you will BATTLE to find a compliment. THAT says ALOT!!!
