Contact cancelled but still get invoiced

My name is Duncan/ref number: 3010802891
I was a client of cell c but ended my contract with them around about November 2011.
After payment and faxing the documents as requested my number was available at Vodacom and I received my new Vodacom contract an hour later.
Later on they started to invoice me random amounts outstanding, so I started to phone so that they can sort this out.
Then I needed to open a new account with my bank when they noticed me that I am not able to because cell c has marked me as a slow payer. Damaging my credibility with any type of financial institute.
So I phoned again on around about the 8th of January 2013. And asked them why it has still not been sorted out? The person that I spoke to said that it is because I owe them an odd R1345.64 or something, but the strange this is that the last invoice they have sent me is for R300 odd rands.
Never the less I went through from speaking to the legal department, management., they even have the decency to have dropped the phone in my ear after putting me on hold for an half an hour
I don't know anymore. Is there someone that can provide me with a good attorney [Email Removed] great cell c service
