Ever since i upgraded my contract i have been having problems every month with out fail.
i have to phone Altech and ask them to debit my account and every month these useless staff that work there say next month it will be correct and guess what another month has come and same my account has still not been debited... i know what is going to happen one of their special staff members will call and apologise and the problem will still be there... it seems that you need to be special to work at altech. Why must i phone a company and ask please take your money, money that belongs to you... Poor service.
