The coverage at my home in Hout Bay and at Pringle Bay is extremely unreliable and generally very weak. Despite several complaints to the call centre and speaking to the supervisors who have indicated that the problem will be "escallated" and that Cell C are working on improving the network, nothing has changed. This has been going on for over 1 year and is not acceptable.
