Dear Mr. Knott Craig,

I am in the middle of a disastrous customer experience with your company. As it is now I have phoned your helpdesk 9 times. Of these times I have been cut of three times with no-body phoning me back. I have subscribed this due to poor network, which is also not great but besides the point. Also beside the point is the fact that the phone was delivered to me more than a week after it was promised.

Of the six times I did get through a was promised that my number would be ported 4 times. It did not take place at any of these time. I contacted your helpdesk through the internet on your website and have not had any reply. I was promised three days ago that something will be done, but nobody has come back to me. Every time I ask to speak to a supervisor I find that they are out.

At this stage nobody can get a hold of me and other than it affects my work at the moment I can also not get in touch with my family.

Please help. This is not fair towards your customer. At this stage it feels like your company has tagged me in order not to help me. I hope this email reaches you, if not I will keep on trying.
