Hi Zopna,

I am in exactly the same boat. I ordered and paid for shoes on the 20th of December 2012 and still to date have not received my order. I phoned them on numerous occasions and every time was promised that it will be delivered that same, which was a BIG lie. Last week after phoning them again a couple of times, I was promised every time that they will look into the matter and come back to me which you probably can guess, did NOT happen.

I will NEVER use Zando again, and I will make sure to inform all my girlfriends, family and whoever else I can the same.
Go and look at [URL Removed] they have very nice things on their website and they deliver to your doorstep as their website promises.
