I have a contract that load 100 rands and 25 sms every month and yesterday it only loaded the sms and not the airtym and I have been battling to get through to their customer service line fot her past two days since yesterday. I feel frustrated as I am now battling to find out what happened to my airtym. and its uncalled for to receive such lame service from a company.
