I have a new S4 and connect to wifi at work during the day but somehow my bill is still 2000! after i realized you cant stop the data charges i need to have my limit capped. can someone please make an exception and put me on the 450 deal that caps my usage. The debit will not go off! i cant wait another month before i can make the change
