We have received extemely bad service from Biddulphs.
We understand that some goods will be damaged during a moving process, but what angers me is the fact that they damaged the goods we asked them to be careful with. This despite the fact they wrapped the appliance concerned.
We reported the damage on the 04.01.2013 numerous times and still to date no one contacted us to come and look at the damaged incurred.
I must say their client service is poor. Emails are not replied on and phone calls not returned.
Terrible service, thats all I can say!!!
