From new condition to scratched and rubber cut

12 may 2013 blackberry 9360 is sent in for repairs.specific attention drawn to the good condition the phone is in. comes back not repaired and in a worst for wear condition.
No contact available at repair centre! 18 June 2013 off to collect the phone. The silver frame is scratched badly and the rubber at the back cut. Monique (consultant at autopage bayside and the manager) acknowledge the condition and yet can do nothing other than send the phone back to the repair department noting the damage. The service is unacceptable. The turnaround time is ridiculous and lack of contact is shocking considering todays technological condition.
