I took in my Blackberry 9360 to Nashua mobile at Centurion for repairs - the scroller was not working, internet was quite slow and the phone would generally freeze a lot. These are common problems with Blackberry devices so I don't understand why Nashua mobile claims that the phone was physically damaged. I am not prepared to pay R1200 to repair a phone that is still within warranty That is your responsibility so don't pass the buck!!!
Don't hold your breath, I wont renew my contract with a service provider that is unfamiliar with basic customer service and not even user friendly. Sies!
