Very Bad customer service

I recently went in to the Cell C branch in Blue Route mall as my Samsung 1 was freezing. I was told that the phone needed a software upgrade and this can only be done at CELL Canal walk. I drove all the way from Tokai to Century City only to be told that the branch in Tokai could have done it. This is my first gripe. I was told that the phone required a software upgrade and needs to be sent away. This will take 21days. I Then received a msg from the repair centre with a quote of R2061. I went into the store at Canal walk and enquired from a lady called Rochelle as to what the quote was for. She said she couldn't help as she doesn't deal with these enquiries - only the the admin staff & they had left already. I suggested that as part of good customer service, she could take my details and giv it to the admin staff to find out on my behalf. She said that they will phone me the next day. Of course, no follow up. I went into the store and spoke to Rochelle again. She said she lost my number. She then phoned CS in my presence and was told that the repair store was closed and she must phone the next day. I am yet to receive a call from Rochelle. I have since made contact with CS.
