Weak signal

I live in Bromhof Randburg. I have reported a week signal to MTN coverage in May, and notwtithstanding numerous calls, nothing has happened. I did complete the template from coverage team.

I guess i just have to wait for my contract to expire and port after more that 10 year with MTN
