I have contacted telkom on 3 occasions now and still nothing has improved. I have a telkom simple package which includes a 2mb line and 10gigs of data. my current speedtest show's .35mbs download speed! now no where near the 2mb or even 1 for that matter. Every time i log a fault they say nothing is wrong and nothing can be done! yet they still charge the full amount every month. i just want what i pay for. i have just logged another fault if nothing has improved by Friday i wll cancel my telkom package. they say the exchanges are full and they are upgrading why not charge me a lesser rate for the slow Internet i'm getting! Poor service from their part. maybe they should spend more money upgrading their services than tv adverts!!!
