For the last 3 weeks I ave been complaining to your service department about very low and most of the time non existent internet speeds. Nothing has been done, you call all the time but I think you have guys who speak well but do not know what the they are doing. I am being charged for a 2 mb line but my old 56k telkom line form 15 years ago was faster then you guys, this has been ongoing. Unfortunate you have already taken your money for this month. You guys, i have asked for someone senior to contact me and you don't have the decency to let a manager call, are your managers scared or are they just there for their pay and do no work for it certainly seems that way or my issues would have been sorted. In the mornings when I want to work, i first have to spend time on the phone with you to get a connection, your excuse as usual is that you have to recreate the port. is your software and hardware setup that bad. Look at my phonebill, more calls go to you then anyone else, that certainly tells you something.
