I was so frustrated with my BB ID, I called the call centre, ready to burst out in tears and Donovan ended up making me smile. As he helped me through the whole long process we had a good laugh and he just lifted my spirit again. It was required that he had to phone me back 3 times to check if my phone is working, and he never forgot. Efficient service and on time! Every time that I need to phone Vodacom in the future I hope Donovan picks up! He is really a very brilliant customer support consultant! So if you call Vodacom, ask to speak to Donovan!
