I did a simswap on my phone on 24 October 2013, aparently it takes 2 - 24 hours to activate, as the swap was not activated I phoned 28/29 October to follow up, Donovan would phone me back (still waiting), phone again today 1 November 2013, Donovan has the cheek to be rude to me, the more than patient customer!!!
