We have an MTN "booster box" installed on the premises - done long time ago by MTN. The last few weeks we have had a very erratic signal and we don't think this box is working properly. We have re booted it but to no avail. We have two handsets with MTN both having the same problems to it is not a handset problem. Please can you ask your technical department to look into this. Thank you. (Tried to call 809 but the call doesn't go anywhere!!!)
