Poor Customer Service

I applied for a Telkom business contract at Cape Gate. I furnished them with all the relevant documents. The consultant Kelly checked my documents and confirmed that all the documents telkom require is in the file. She said I will be notified in 24 Hours. I waited and tried to phone three days later, the branch do not answer the phone, so I decided to go back to the Telkom mobile Shop. I was approached by another consultant who went to speak to Kelly. He came back with my file and said to me, Kelly cant process the application because the bank statements is not stamped by the bank. I was not contacted in three days, and My Bank is on the opposite side of Telkom, less than 6 metres away. I am not surprised 8ta has failed because I had similar experience with 8ta. What a joke!! I will go to Cell C
