Creative Accounting deducting money from an unauth

Virgin mobile, this is shocking. They have debited my bank account that was not given to them to debt my husband's account. This is definitely creative accounting. When you question who gave them this authority, they are not able to tell you by they will not refund the money taken from my account... what a joke for such a large company, they think they can do as they like.
