Upgrade to a Note 3 (which should have included a flip cover, as per their promotion on their website states [URL Removed] that I did not receive!).
As the phone requires a new "micro" simcard, I need to do a sim swap, so I phone them, and they inform me that my account is "in arrears" - it isn't!! The so called "arrears" stems from them not debiting my account with the correct value - now I can't do a sim swap.
As I was assured that my issue could be sorted out the same day, I make the payment of R105 (which is actually an admin fee that was loaded to my account after the debit order went through).
Now, 2 promises of return calls from Vodacom (with now actual call coming), I phone them and I'm told by their customer service department that it will take 3 days to clear on their side (even though their accounts department tells me that it has cleared).
So, now I must wait another 3 days to get my new PAPERWEIGHT to work!!
