After my last post on Hello Peter I received a swift enough response, but unfortunately it only helps when the response is met with action. There has been no ACTION!!! After i sent my phone in for repairs for the second time with the exact same issue, I received a msg to say that my phone has been received at the Midrand repair center then 2 days later i received i msg that my phone was being attended to by the technician, and that was the last i heard of them, this was 2 weeks ago.. once again i have sat for 4 weeks without a phone, and no knowledge of what is happening with it. This is by far the worst service i have ever received... all i want is my phone to use, the one i'm paying for. it has now been 2 months, i opened my contract 2 months and 10 days ago... I am definitely going to be spreading the word on Cellc's wonderful service!!!
