I have been provided with a solution to my ADSL 1 meg speed problem. You are one of the few companies that still try and resolve matter. This shows that your whole team is committed in a mutual goal: Provide Service; Make Money. Business is about people and in a highly competitive environment, I wish you well on great service.
It would be nice if you could attend to the waiting time on a call center call...
