I just want to say thank you to Old Mutual as a very professional "institution" as they are the only business in South Africa that not only was willing to help me with consolidating my accounts, but actually READ the feedback from the NCR about accounts. The result of reading this, actually ensured that we noticed 2x decrepancies that was listed under my name, which we could get cleared up.
Secondly I just want to say that Arnold Mngadi from Old Mutual Finance is a STAR! That guy has give me the BEST service I have ever received in this country. He really deserves a promotion or raise (or something) because he was excellent. He kept me up to date throughout the whole process, was professional and courteous and above all else went out of his way to help me.
