Do not care attitude after been paid for repairs

In August 2012 i had my caravan repaired by Arnold. The repairs were paid for however the window had not arrived. There were other repairs that needed to be completed. I contacted Arnold in November informing him that i no longer have a vehicle to tow my caravan in and we made arrangements for him to collect it as it would only take a day. That was the last i spoke to him after leaving over 7 messages for him to call me. I then went to the business and spoke to him and he said he would collect a week later. He never collected and did not return calls until i got him on his cell. He said he forgot and then did not know when he could collect it. i told him i would collect the window the other parts and he must refund me for labour, he did not care and said that he had a good name anway and that this will not damage his reputation. Is this after sales service for a small industry where your name is everything. Arnold clearly belives that i am at fault because i cannot tow the caravan to him, when i had a vehicle he was still making excuses about the window which insurance paid for. He clearly does not believe in customer service.
