Cell C
Claim declined

Hi All,

I've send my claim for a lost phone more then 3 months ago no one has contact me since.

Cell c is still deducting my insurance for a phone I no longer have with me.

Send a mail on the 16 May 2013 no reply as yet.

I have 3 contracts with cell c and been loyal to them for years now.

If this is the services I'm getting from Cell C then I don't want to be part of their customers anymore.
