I have been using a Cell C 3G data card for the past 4 years and have been generally happy with the service however, this week their mail server is not relaying my emails to the recipients and I have lost out on many business deals with some of my clients because they say the never received my emails!!! I have done tests by blind copying myself and about 50% of my emails are being delivered and the other 50% are still out there in Cyberspace!!!
I used to work for Telkom in TBIS (internet) and I know the warning signs only too well... your internet/mail server is overloaded and is "telling" you there is a problem by not relaying emails properly. Either you need to do maintenance on your server or you need to replace it with a bigger and better one. I dare you to prove me wrong on this by explaining why my emails are not being delivered...?
Please don't come with a half baked excuse like your call centre... please try and find out why this is happening as I have been generally happy with Cell C's 3G and would like to continue being a happy customer...
The ball is in your court now... prove all the people who complain on this website wrong... and deliver your "A" game on this...
