BAD IT PRACTICE

I have a domain registered with Hetzner my bills are always paid in advance and since day one i have never had issues the last 3 months the problems started firstly i received a bill for over usage space R150 something rand i promtly paid that and cleared my mail box the next suprise was a bill of R1100 for over usage space i contact the centre and get told that its my mail box that is standing on 20GB!!!??? i tell them i dont understand how it could happen eventualy i get told that its because of an email that was stuck and was send over and over and over till it reached 20GB

How can hetzner servers allow this to happen nr 1 and what it practice can be this bad that you can see ive never had the issue since day one of the account been opened now in the second year due for renewal suddenly it happens

remove that bill from my account the fault is your side and not my blackberry or my web console
