Thanks to Hetzner, I never have a problem with emails, hosting or abuse. Hetzner gladly takes my phone call and helps me, whether they have control over the situation or not.
I work for a company who owns over 100 domains now and is managed on a Hetzner dedicated server, I must call about 10 times a day trying to sort problems out.
Thanks Hetzner for making my life easier!
