I'm writing to find out when my phone line / ADSL will be back up??
I logged a fault on the 13th of June to report my phoneline and ADSL were down - Reference number is: 476CRK130613, Line was back up after a 2 days period.
I then logged another fault after my line went down Again on the 19th of June - Reference number is: 358CRK190613, and was Told only then that the Lines in my Area may have been.
(Why can't you let people know this??)
I'm also writing to find out if my account will be Credited for days of No Service??
