Took out a new contract with Cellc with a new blackberry Z10, by day 8 or 9 the phone turned off network connection and could not be turned back on. so i called the call centre and after about 20 minutes i was instructed to take the phone in to the store where i got it from, now a brand new phone has to go in for repairs. on top of this whole annoyance, I had to find a number for the store to find out what's going on with the replacement/repair on my phone.
