My contract ended on the 22nd of this month and was advised to call on the 23rd to cancel it and when I caleed on the 23rd which was Sunday i couldnt get help, monday I called the whole day and was told evrytime I caleed that I cant be helped as they were offline and today I have tried calling and I have been on hold for 45mins without anyone answering and I know am going to be told that its late to cancel which I wont take kindly...
Can someone please please help me.
