Need more competion

I run my own business from home and need my internet to work amazingly and always looking for great deals so, i saw a advert from telkom last year, pay R20.00 extra and get 4 extra gigs, mean while i was on 1gb/month, so i approached telkom in august last year and they said it was no problem, you can do it over the phone at their call center, placed the call did the deal, great, that's when all the problems started for the next 4 months, they duplicated my account double billed in next months invoice, changed my modem 3 times, they would bounce me around from 1 dept to another. i must of spent 8 hrs on phone over the next 3 months, spoke to 25 different call center peolpe, eventually they sent the techician out again, i said to him he is not leaving until he sorts it out, finally speaking to a guy in call center, when they processed my account instead of putting 021 capetown code they put 012 pretoria, such i simple mistake, i wanted to buy this man a beer but he is muselim, 25 peolpe in telkom never checked that, what protol call do they apply, telekom needs a another competor, then they will jack their service up, call center needs seroius training
