I finished my contract with MTN in April but they are still debitting my account. I am paying over R600 for data bundles. Calling the contact centre is an impossible task! I finally reached the complaints department last month who assured me that the matter will be dealt with Keneuwe Matobako (ref100398218). They declined me for a new phone contract but is very eager to continue debitting my account. I would like to continue with the data budles but not for R600! I am paying for laptops that are paid up! I have never had a problem before but have always heard other people complain about the service until now.
