Totally Disgusted with BAD SERVICE

I would like Thandi Masinga supervisor to go an listen to her call of yesterday afternoon approximately around 12. I was on the phone with her for almost 20minutes before after my insistence she arranged for someone else to help me, who did. She went out of her way not to assist me as well, threatened to end my call, said she will no longer speak to me, just all round treated me like nothing refusing to listen to reason. When I spoke to the next person she helped me no problem. This women should is such a bad reflection on your companies front line image it is a disgrace. She should not be allowed to ABUSE your clients the way she does. I asked for an email confirmation apology but nothing has yet to arrive. This poor service is disgusting!
