Not Able to assist and no answer at call centre

My sim card is not working and the branch in Menlyn could not assist due to "off line" They revered me to CNA to go and buy another sim and then to contact them at a later stage. Also the call centre does not answer. The numbers provided 0741000123 does not even give a ring tone
