Fault reference numbers 216CRZ220613 and 408CRK220613 refers. The first week of April we logged a call for a similar cut in service. The one moment our line is up and the next moment there is just nothing. Both my wife and I work from home and this disruption in service is quite annoying. We logged calls for both our landline and ADSL lines early evening 22 June. To date we have heard nothing about any attempt to fix this problem.
