Not cancelling contract

After my last report i was phoned and ensured that my contract would be cancelled as it was suppose to be done on 10 May... after the 21 may the email ensured that my contract would be cancelled as soon as their technical problems would be sorted out... not that their technical problems should affect me as client... i phpned the call centre again on 21 June to find out my contract HAS STILL NOT BEEN CANCELLED.
.WHEN IS SOMEONE GOING TO DO SOMETHING... THIS IS UNEXCEPTABLE REALLY!!!
