Recently a Ping'd sales agent contacted me to upgrade my existing dial up (with MWEB) to a 3G option. Long story short, I did not want to divulge what I earn per month. Agent eneterd R2k pm. I received my sms confirming order number. After the promised 10 days - nothing received. I phoned in only to be told "Your deal was cancelled since you only earn R2k pm". ROFL... so much for that. I now have a 3G from MWEB's competion!!
