In June I wanted to upgrade my Mweb 1Meg account to a 2Meg account, I was told by one of your unhelpful sales personnel that it is not possible and I need to sign up for a separate 2Meg account, this didn't make much sense but I did so and asked them to cancel the 1meg account. At the end of July I was billed for both accounts a total of R573 even though the 1meg was deleted from my account and I wasn't able to use it. During July I was contacted by one of your managers and I explained to her what had happened, she then informed me that it was able to upgrade the 1meg to a 2meg account and the sales person was wrong. I went to the bank to reverse the amount of R573 because I was unhappy with the pathetic service that I got from Mweb, after I was promised a manager would phone me within 1-2 days, nobody has ever phoned me. I went ahead and also canceled my 2meg account because I got throttled to such an extent that I was unable to browse local websites. On Friday I saw Mweb deducted an amount of R1030, I would like to know how you guys come up with the amounts you deduct? I refuse to phone Mweb, each time I spend 20-30 min on the phone with no solution from their side. FED-UP!
