Incompetant Staff, Managers and Call Centre

I purchased a Blackberry Z10 for upgrade the 27 Feb 2013 and asked for a Top-Up and the sales lady gave me an open-line contract which then cost me R3455.00. I then went to the store to find out what the happened. The manager Philip then sorted it out and did the migration and said from 1st of June it will activated and i would then be paying R399.00 going forward. Which i then get a phone call today and the useless call centre agents transfer me to 3 different consultants of which were of no use and couldnt assist me at all. I refuse to pay any amount to Vodacom as they just keep on sending me different amounts that are not accounted for. I will only be paying them for the month and the R455.00 outstanding. Vodacom is the most network i have ever dealt with. please assist as i have no idea what else to do and i DO NOT have money growing on my back!!! oh and to cancel my contract it would cost me roughly R8000.00 which is not easy acceptable. thanking you in advance.
