Hi guys
I have had SO many complaints with Cell C.. I am a day trader with 3 Cell C accounts. My internet connection is more often down than not.. and unfortunately it happens at the worst of times, in the middle of trades, resulting in MASSIVE LOSS of income.. I cannot make a living like this.
Last time (with my last complaint) I received a call from someone from Cell C, saying that they will "refund" us for downtime, by giving us more data the next month - that never happened.. but it sounded real great at the time.
I do not know what they way forward is..
You keep on making promises. I keep on believing..
Could you please "refund" our Data as Promised per telephone conversation and can you then Please keep you internet connection up for long enough so that I can actually USE the data.
